Cheap Rimmel Mascara at Walmart?

I am hearing that this brand of mascara is only $2.97 at Walmart, use your $2/1, and then you have $0.97 mascara. I have not yet personally confirmed this. I am also hearing that they are $2.89 at Target, but I, again, have yet to confirm this price too.

This is thanks to my friend, Tammy. She called me while I was out trying to score some good deals and let me know that she was just leaving Wags on Pines and Sprague and they were just stocking up the Neutrogena bars. You know? The ones that are $2.99. So, I headed that way and got mine! Used the $1.50/1 from the May Safeway Coupon Booklet X3 and made them $1.50 each and then got back one $10 RR. Yay!
