Gotta go pick up my little man from school, get ready to go shake it at ZUMBA, but then watch out 'cause I have a giveway that I'm ready to post AND details on my 2nd Annual Secret Santa Mission! Yes, we are going it again friends!!! This time we have two families were are seeking items for.

P.S. Any of you locals coming to FREE Zumba this afternoon? You should come! It is soooooo much fun! Nothing but ladies! It is in the valley, off of Broadway and McDonald, from 1:30 to 2:30. They EVEN have FREE childcare!!! The childcare girls are AWESOME!!! Seriously, they volunteer their time JUST to come and watch the kiddos so the mommas can get a little time to have fun and workout at the same time!

Locals=FREE Zumba Today!

Just wanted to remind you of FREE Zumba today (Thursday, 10/6). This is from 1:30 to 2:30 at The Intersection (church), in the valley, off of McDonald and Broadway. It's totally FREE!!! Guess what? They EVEN offer FREE childcare too!!! No school today for some of you, BRING THE KIDS! ☺ If your kiddos are in school today, we will finish up just in time to go pick the kiddos up at school too! It is also a women's only class. No need to feel self-conscious about shaking what yer momma gave ya' in front of a bunch of gents. ;) I know some women would feel a little self-conscious about doing such. I certanly would; my momma gave me a lot...... :) Seriously, it is just a bunch of AWESOME women in this class. They are soooo welcoming and warm. If you have not done Zumba before, you will be hooked after your first class. It is such a GREAT workout AND the best thing is that it DOESN'T even feel like you are working out!

The music is AWESOME! I also wanted to share with you that there are some many different kinds of women that do Zumba. Seriously, there are many different shapes, sizes, capabilities, ages, etc. of women. I have EVEN seen women do Zumba from their seat by just doing the arm movements. Really, Zumba is for EVERYONE.

Come on! I REALLY want you to join us!

I have shared with you lately of my new love, Zumba. I LOVE IT!!! I AM addicted, but trying VERY hard to ration myself. I don't want to wear out a good thing now. For those of you who have not experienced Zumba, but have wondered what it is. Well.......I'm not really sure either. :) To me, really, it feels like a big dance party. The class that I go to is ALL women. Yes, it is a women's only class. I LOVE that! Nothing against men, but, for me, I feel less self-conscious. There are women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and capabilities. I LOVE THAT!! One of the best things......NO MIRRORS! Oh, I feel so sorry for the people that have to see me do Zumba; now, I really don't want to have to see myself do it. ;)

Seriously, it is soooo fun! If you have been thinking about, give it a try. Once you get a taste, you will want more. :)

Anyway, here is a website that I use EVERYDAY to learn about Zumba in our area. Just go on over here and you can punch in your zip to see where and when classes are taught in your area. Some of them too you can get prices for the classes. Scope out the churches and community centers. Those, I found, are the cheapest that I have discovered.

You can get a lot of information from the Zumba website. Go check it out. There is a lot of info on there about Zumba. I feel it is very very informative.

There is a FREE Zumba class tonight, Wednesday, 8/3, at the valley Spokane Fitness Center on Sprague, from 6 to 7. It's next to Walker's Furniture and Safeway there on Sprague. Come and play. There is FREE childcare too!!!

Reminder....
Going to Zumba this afternoon (Tuesday), from 1:30 to 2:30. It's here in the valley AND they have FREE childcare too. Let me know if you want to tag-a-long and we can meet up, and I will give you some directions. Maybe you are not ready to tag-a-long and just kinda want to go check it out by yourself, that's fine too. It is at The Intersection (yes, that is the name of the church) on McDonald and Broadway....Oh, the cost is FREE or you can donate a buck or so, as they have a donation jar. Not very many people go to this class, so if you are afraid of a big crowd, this one is probably a GREAT one for you to get started at. Like I have said before, this is an WOMEN ONLY class, and there are women of all different shapes, colors, sizes, capabilities, and needs that attend this class. It is such a welcoming environment, and REALLY fun too! ☺ Also, instructor Angela is AWESOME.

I almost forgot. I am also going to an afternoon Zumba class today. It is from 1:30 to 2:30. It is out here, in the valley. It costs $1!!!!!!!!!!! Plus, FREEEEEEEE childcare!!! You betcha....you know I'm all over that!!! When I went earlier this week, there were only about 20 or so women in the class. Oh, it is a women's only class to, so you can shake it all you want!!! If you want to go with us, e-mail me and I will give you specific directions and whatnot. I'm tellin' you........IT IS SOOOOOOO FUN!!!!
