Monday Weigh-In Report

Well.........I LOST 7 POUNDS!!!! Yay! Hooray!! Yep, I was a little excited at the scale yesterday! I lost a WHOPPING 7 POUNDS!!! I tried really hard last week and IT PAID OFF!!! It was like I was new to this plan AGAIN! I cared about what I put in my mouth and I stayed on plan through the whole week, even when I was tired at the end of the week! I just kept reaching for those fruits and veggies and it worked. I love that we can now eat all fruits and most veggies without having to pay the price of a point. It makes it so much more convenient.

Special thanks to my friend, Maggie, for suggesting the sugar carrots! We got some and WE LOVE THEM!!! I can just grab a couple and go. It's so nice. My kiddos REALLY like the sugar carrots too!

Anyway, I lost those 7 pounds and 2 more points too. :( Yep, because I went under a certain weight I lost 2 points for the day too. That was a bummer, but I think I'll be okay anyway. I had a real hard time eating up my points last week, so I think I'll be okay. We'll see......

Okay, so I am going to try to get on the treadmill again, four times this week, and eat REAL good too. We'll see.....

How are you doing with your control this holiday season? I have actually avoided baking so far, but I'm going to have to pretty soon..... Yikes!

Chunkybling.com=Inexpensive and pretty jewelry

Check this out. You can get some really "pretty" jewelry for super cheap. I was just checking this website called Chunkybling.com out this morning and one of the really cool things you can do is buy these really cool watches that are mix and match faces and bands; you can change them to match whatever you are wearing. Some of the jewelry that I saw was really cute and good priced.

They have build your own watches and build your own necklaces. How fun would that be? The prices that I saw ranged from $8 to $30. Not bad.
