***RECALL*** MCDONALD'S SHREK GLASSES!

Cadmium has been discovered in the painted design on Shrek-themed drinking glasses being sold nationwide at McDonald's, forcing them to recall the glasses.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission warned consumers to immediately stop using the glasses.  McDonald's said it would post instructions on its website next week regarding refunds.

Go here to get more information on the recall.

Special Savings TODAY From Cellfire for Kroger or to a Kroger-Owned Subsidiary (Fred Meyer)

I am sooooo excited about this.....I was just given word yesterday, from Cellfire, of a "special Cinderella" coupon that they are going to load TODAY (Friday) at 3PM Pacific. They are going to provide a coupon to logged-in Cellfire members to save off of their next visit to Kroger or to a Kroger-owned subsidiary store (Fred Meyer). But, guess what?! We have no clue of how much or what exactly. I'M EXCITED! This sounds really cool.

So, make sure that you have your card uploaded and registered so you can take part in the "surprise."

So, again, it is going to happen TODAY (Friday) at 3 PM tomorrow. You will need to click on this link or this one at http://www.cellfire.com/cinderella in order to get your "special surprise." Remember to be on the lookout, but there is only a limited amount of these coupons and more than likely they will not be visible before 3 PM, and I'm pretty sure that they will run out pretty quick. So, remember to come back here so I can let you know when its time.

If you don't have your card registered quite yet, just go on over here to get started. Select a coupon, then go up to the little green button at the top that says "Get Selected Coupons." Then, you will have the option of registering your card. Just follow the directions and you will be on your way to having your card registered so you can get some great deals and be able to try to get in on the "Cinderella" coupon! :)

I'm excited. Aren't you?!

Thanks! Cheryl

GREAT Deal at Medco Health Store

Go on over here to the Medco Health Store and you can, hopefully, get in on the deal too. They are offering up a $10 online coupon to use towards an online purchase of $10 or more. Shipping is a flat rate of $0.99. You can find some pretty great buys by doing this deal. I don't know how long is going to last, but I just did it and it is still working. I ordered an eyeliner, some hair conditioning gloss, and 2 Monistat creams, and I only paid $1.91. Here is the code...MHS10. Use this code at checkout, after you put your credit card info in.

Target

FYI, if any of you are heading out to get the Shout deal at Target, I was just at the Target on Sprague and Evergreen and they are all out. Bummer. They still had a bunch of Pantene on clearance from $1-somethin' to $2-somethin'. John Frieda ($4.99) was cheap. Use the $5/2 from recent insert (I can't remember which one) and the Target coupon for $3/2, makes them about a buck a piece. They had some Lean Cuisine on clearance for $1.44 a box. I can't remember much of anything else.

Thanks!

Free Airplane Rides for Kids Ages 8-17

This is put on through The EAA Young Eagles program.

This was taken from an ad that they had posted.....It was launched in 1992 to give interested young people, ages 8 - 17, an opportunity to go flying in a general aviation airplane. These flights are offered free of charge and are made possible through the generosity of EAA member volunteers.

Since 1992, more than 1.5 million Young Eagles have enjoyed a flight through the program. Young Eagles have been registered in more than 90 different countries and have been flown by more than 42,000 volunteer pilots.

Young Eagles participants will enjoy an introduction to the exciting world of aviation. Pilots will explain what will happen during the flight. This includes a talk about the airplane, learning to do a careful "walk around" preflight inspection of the airplane and learning to identify the parts that control the airplane. Participants will also receive a basic overview of the interior of the airplane, including the instrument panel, review an aeronautical chart (or map) and learn to identify reference points during the flight.

Go to www.youngeagles.eaa79.org for more information and to register.

Here is the schedule for this year.....

Saturday, May 15 Open
Saturday, June 12 Open
Saturday, August 7 Open
Saturday, September 4 Open
Waitlist Open

Go on over here to get more info about it. Wow! What a great deal and a great experience for your children!

Thanks!
