**Groupon Deal of The Day for Spokane**

Today's Spokane Groupon deal of the day looks like a pretty good one. Here is the deal......$4 for $8 of Burritos and Sodas at Slick Rock Burrito

It looks like only four more are needed to be purchased in order for the deal to be on.

Here is the bit of info that Groupon has on ther site for this company.....

After scientists revealed UFOs were actually full-grown tortillas, people everywhere filled swimming pools with guac and beans to catch and dissect the floury creatures. Nab a tender, baby disc with today's Groupon: for $4, you get $8 worth of burritos and sodas from Slick Rock Burrito. Check Slick Rock Burrito's Facebook page for more information. This Groupon is only valid for redemption at the 1908 W. Northwest Boulevard location, and is not valid toward alcohol purchases. However, it is good toward both dine-in or carryout.

Slick Rock Burrito's streamlined menu offers up fresh ingredients made daily. Build your own burrito up from one of five different foundations—chicken ($6.55), steak ($6.75), carnitas ($6.55), ground beef ($6.55), or vegetarian ($6.55)—and then pile on ingredients such as cilantro, black beans, and sour cream at no cost (guacamole and fajita veggies, however, are extra). A Duran Duran cover band's worth of different homemade salsas are on hand to spice up tongue buds, with two mild options, a medium style made with roasted chile corn, a hot style made with tomatillo and red chile, and the "damn hot" style salsa made with habanero and mild profanity. Slick Rock Burrito's specialty burritos include the Thai chicken burrito ($6.95), a symphony of rice, black beans, and chicken that's harmonized with peanut sauce, and the bar-b-que burrito ($6.75), bedecked in rice, pinto beans, pulled pork, and house-made barbecue sauce.

While this Groupon is not valid toward alcohol purchases, Slick Rock does offer fountain drinks to quench the throats of patrons and roaming penguins. Unfurl yourself from your bean-filled sleeping bag and instead drive to the enveloping edibles of Slick Rock Burrito.

Reviews

Slick Rock Burrito won third place in the Inlander Best Burritos category in 2010. Four Google Mappers give it a 3.5-star average rating:

Staff is friendly and portions are huge. – lec

They make everything from scratch daily. [sic] the Thai chicken and BBQ burrito are my favorite! – Bill

Spokane's Groupon Deal of The Day

Today's Groupon deal of the day for Spokane is.....$30 for a One-Month Membership to Wild Walls Indoor Climbing Gym ($60 Value)

This info also is from their website...

Some people are born to run; some are born to scramble up and down walls and ceilings like a Tokay gecko. Unleash your inner lizard with today's Groupon to climbers' paradise: for $30, you get a one-month membership to Wild Walls (a $60 value), located in the historic armory building downtown. This deal does not include gear rental.

Wild Walls' indoor climbing facility offers two 40-foot freestanding, monolithic climbing structures, outfitted in textured concrete to replicate the look and feel of real rock. Take to the 6,000 square feet of frequently changed climbable terrain with a one-month membership to Wild Walls, conquering faux nature through bouldering, rappelling, and no-strings-attached soothsaying. First timers with lofty aspirations and seasoned veterans of beanstalk expeditions alike can sharpen their scaling skills on the climbing courses, drawing closer to the mystique of the Rocky Mountain goat with each upward grasp. Gear can be rented in several different options—get a single day's shoes and harness rental package ($6 plus tax) or rent separately ($5 plus tax for shoes, $3 plus tax for harness). Otherwise, get a month-long gear-rental package with shoes and a harness ($20 plus tax).
With this Groupon, you'll also receive $10 off a two-hour vertical introduction class ($25, with the $10 discount) and 50% off Wild Walls' yoga classes ($5 for yoga classes during membership, with the half-off discount). Enjoy the sensation of cliffhanging known only to Sylvester Stallone and soap-opera storylines with a one-month membership to Wild Walls.
Subject to legal waiver. Minors under 18 must provide a guardian-signed waiver. A Wild Walls belay certification is necessary for top-rope climbing. Top-roping requires a belay partner, as Wild Walls doesn't facilitate belaying.

Thanks!
