$10 off of $50 at Lowes?

I just came across an AWESOME printable coupon from Lowes. It is for $10 off of a $50 or more purchase at Lowes. I went and I printed it to make sure that it was valid, went back to get the link, and it says that it is unavailable, but I think it is because I already printed it once. So, I really want to share this with you if you can get it, 'cause it is a GREAT coupon. So, if you want it, go on over here and try your hand, and hopefully you can print it out. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

** REMEMBER that you can take this coupon over to Home Depot and use it there as they take competitor coupons! :)

Thanks Bargain is The New Black!

Albertsons Liberty Lake

I just want to start off with I LOVE THOSE PEOPLE that work at Albies in Liberty Lake. They are AWESOME!!!:) Seriously, I have said this before, but want to make sure you REALLY hear me....If you want to be treated with respect and feel like they REALLY care that you are shopping at their store, WITH COUPONS, GO OUT TO LIBERTY LAKE!! THEY WANT YOU!!! I have tried to tell this to my mother (shhhh......sometimes she is not really good about taking my word...... so if I make my font small enough maybe she cannot read this....:) ).  Anyway, she finally went out there during the last ConAgra deal and called me from the store to tell how GREAT her experience was. They treated real nice! She was PLEASANTLY SHOCKED!!! :)

I have told you before that I live within two minutes of Trent and Argonne Albies, but I prefer to drive (if I have the time) out to Liberty Lake! It is a night and day difference. Going from feeling like a criminal for using coupons to feeling like you are royalty for using coupons. If you do happen to go out there, take the time to stop in and tell the management team how great their store is. I'm sure they would really appreciate your nice comments. We share when we are not satisfied, but let's tell them when we are satisfied so we can keep getting such GREAT treatment. :)

Anyway, I just got off of the phone with one of my contacts out there and here is what he had to tell me. I called to let him in (I know I'm a day late, but I forgot to call yesterday) on the great deals that are happenin', especially after doublers. Then, he came back with a good deal HE came up with. Here's the deal....

They have a limited number of coupons up at the register for buy 2 Rice Krispies and get a FREE BIG bag of M&Ms! This deal will not be ready and posted in the store until this afternoon sometime, FYI.... AND, he also said that if you are doing the Kellogg's deal with the buy 3 get 1 get 1 gallon of milk free that you can go ahead and get your milk (2 gallons) at the same time.

So, here you go....

Rice Krispies X4
Crispix (or whatever you choose) X2
BIG bag of M&Ms (I'm not sure what the regular price is on these) X2
Gallon of milk (I think this are around $2.59 at my store) X2
=$10+

Now.....
-$1/2 packages of Kellogg's Cereals printable X2
-$1/2 Crispix printable X1
-FREE M&Ms coupon from up at register X2
-coupon for free milk (up to $3.99) X2
=$7 (if you don't wait for doublers). If you wait for doublers, it will be....$4. So, at $7, that makes them $1 EACH!! If you wait for doublers, at $4, it makes them $0.57 each! Either way is not too shabby.

Oh, he did share with me that he has PLENTY of cereal and more coming in on Saturday. So, if you want some cereal, go check them out! :)

Thanks!

Vocalpoint

Have you signed up for Vocalpoint yet? If you haven't, I highly recommend that you do. This is one of those GREAT programs that offers high-value/FREEBIE coupons and EVEN nice samples. Sometimes EVEN full size product samples. I LOVE this program. They just had some offers this past week for some FREE Kellogg's cereal and FREE coffee creamer! I have received free Kashi cereal, free Bounce Bar, free shampoo samples, and those are JUST to name a few. All you have to do in return is do a short survey on how well you liked or disliked the product. It is well worth it. They EVEN have awesome information on their website. It is a GREAT program and I REALLY do highly recommend it. So, if you have not yet signed up, go get yourself signed up over here so you can take part in their next sample offer/coupon offer. You will not be disappointed.

Ever had one of those moments?

Have you ever had one of those moments where you just wanted to kick and scream, stomp, curse, cry, and laugh all at the same time? Well, I had one of those moments today. Now, all I can do is laugh. Now, I know what one of my beloved family member’s feels like. ;) (you know who you are).

Well, I was running late this morning (as usual) when trying to drop Faithy off at school this morning. There is a pull-around area in front of her school that you can pull into and drop the kiddos off, if there are no buses. I try not to pull up in there if I can help it because the bus drivers get REAL grumpy and get kinda nasty if you are there for even two seconds and they pull up. So, I try to think ahead and not pull in there if there are other people there. I don’t want them making a scene with me and embarrassing ME. I do that enough on my own. I don’t need any help in that area.

Anyway, I had to park off of the street. So, I figured I would walk Faith through the parking lot, because I didn’t want her to walk through the lot by herself (I don’t quite trust her yet on her own in a parking lot). So, I walk her up there and watch her walk in the front door. I turn around, in my little flip-flops (not one bit of traction), start to walk down the hill, and………………..WHAM!!! FLAT ON MY BUTT!!!! I know this happens to the best of us, BUT MEEEE?!!! :) Not only did I fall flat on my bootae, my $4 flip-flop went flying and broke, AND I let out a huge scream. So, I just couldn’t fall with class, I HAVE TO MAKE A SCENE! SERIOUSLY CHERYL?! Everyone and their sisters are there as they too are dropping off their children. Oh, really?! I just wanted to throw myself back on the ground, kick, scream, and throw my hands in the air. Yah, I’m okay (besides my favorite pair of pants being ripped and a pretty good gash on my knee…oh….not to mention my flip-flops having to be tossed in the trash). My pride is a little hurt as well. :( All I could think of is “please be okay, please be okay, I have Zumba tonight,” as I’m walking back to my van with a limp, torn jeans, and one flip-flop and and on flip-flop in my hand. :) So, I’m kinda waitin’ to see what the day has to bring me. I think I’ll be alright. I’m a little embarrassed, but I’ll live. So……..all I can really do now is laugh. That must have been really funny to see. :)

Anyway, just thought I would share and maybe provide a laugh to you too. :)

Monday Weigh-In Report

Well……I met with “him” yesterday. Yah, that would be with Mr. Scale…..He wasn’t very nice. I think he’s mad at me. He was likin’ on me just a few weeks ago and now THIS! Maybe he got wind that I really don’t like him and that I am REALLY in love with Zumba! ;)

Well, we had my son, Trent’s, birthday party and I tried to do good, but had a little cake and a piece of pizza on the day before weigh-in. I think that had something to do with it. I’m thinking I was retaining a little water. At least that is what I am hopin’ because I did do good again last week.

Anyway, I went to him and he said….”up 1 pound.” Yah, I’m not too happy about that. :( I am pretty ticked about it.

So, here’s what I am going to do this week…..I AM GOING TO STAY ON PLAN ALL WEEK AND TRACK ALL WEEK! I do have to miss Zumba on Thursday this week, but I am going for TWO HOURS tomorrow and try to get “other” activity in. So, we’ll see.

Any of you want to join us tomorrow. You can come for two hours or you can come for one. The first session starts at 6 and the other session starts at 7. The cost is $3!

Let me know and I’ll give you directions……

How did you do on plan?

Here’s to an EVEN better week……

Thanks!

Heads up

My new computer arrived last night and this one "my Pinto" is officially puking. Everyday it gets worse and worse. Oh, you don't even want to know what it has been pulling. Anyway, I am about ready to pull my hair out trying to deal with this, well......to be nice...computer. Anyway, I am in the process of trying to get my new "Lexus" up and ready to go. So, as you can see I have not gotten much posted these past few days. I really really am sorry, but I do have "issues." :)

Anyway, I also wanted to share with you that today my son, Trent, is 12. Wow, I REALLY can't believe how time flies. It makes me sooooo sad. I want to keep him little forever. I want to keep them all little forever.

Anyway, if I don't get to post anymore.....HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUDDY! I love you!!!

I hope you all are having a GREAT day and wish me luck on not pulling my hair out......
