Burger King Kids Meal
Well, you know how I said that I would be promoting "healthy" food. Well, this one is not so healthy, so we will not be participating in this one, but here is a great deal for those of you Burger King lovers. This is a free Hamburger Kids Meal. The info on this is that you can print up to 10 times. You will be directed to the site that says they have reached their print limit, but if you just put your e-mail address in the "invite a friend" box it will e-mail you and you can print from there. I tried it and it seemed to work. So here is that link here.

Blueberry Lemon Muffins
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup Splenda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 taspoon salt
1 pkg sf/ff lemon pudding mix
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon
1 cup blue berries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 6 muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together. Then, add the wet to the dry and stir until just mixed. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Scrape batter into prepared muffin tins. It does not rise too much so the muffin tins will be nearly full. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
I did not come up with this recipe on my own. I actually found this a couple of years ago on the Weight Watcher recipe site.
This person calculated the muffins to be 2 points each. These make really big muffins and they are very very yummy.

Recipes
As I have shared with you in my previous posting, I am a proud Weight Watcher. (Disclaimer**I have not been paid to say anything about Weight Watchers or compensated in any other way, shape, or form. I just LOVE the plan and it has worked well for me**). So, most of the recipes you find "me" posting about are going to be Weight Watcher friendly. Yes, that will be most, but not all. So, please feel free and share. I love to see what other ideas people have.
