Recipe=Home Made BBQ Sauce

It tastes better than the real thing. Since being a Weight Watcher, I have had a hard time finding a BBQ sauce that tastes like the kind of BBQ that I am used too. You know, NICE AND SWEET, without all the added calories.

I did not make up this recipe myself, my 11-year-old chef (my son) came up with this and it is so so yummy.

3 Tablespoons of Splenda
1/4 cup of ketchup
3 Tablespoons of vinegar (he used white)
1 Tablespoon of worcestershire sauce

Mix together and cook over low heat for around 5 minutes or so, then IT'S DONE! This is really really yummy.

Anywhere between 3 and 6 servings and this is only 1 point.
Make it into 7 servings and it is free!

I did take the time to punch this into the recipe builder, so these points are confirmed. I am telling you, this BBQ sauce is really good and well worth the 0 to 1 point. It is sweet, so some of you may want to add a little less Splenda, just to give you a heads up.

Thanks TJ!

Product Comments

Well, I am feeling a little thirsty today, so I figured we would complimenting some companies that give us good products and good options.

Sugar-Free Hawaiian Punch Singles to go! I just really wanted to thank you for making such a great tasting product and a product that is lower in calories, lower in sugar, and very convenient to take along. My family and I really really like Hawaiian Punch Singles to go! We look forward to using them for a long-time and even more, now that summer is coming. Thank you!! Cheryl

Moo Magic (info@sturminc.com, custsvc@sturminc.com) I emailed both of them, since I was not sure which one you need to e-mail a product compliment to. If you don't know what Moo Magic is, you are missing out. :) Just kidding, but it is AWESOME!! It is a "mix-in" for your milk. I love it. It is a great way to get flavored milk (my favorite is chocolate) without having to spend a lot of calories. The mix is only 8 CALORIES!!! It is a great way to help you get your milks in that you are supposed to get in a day, and it is really really good. Anyway, now, onto the product comment.......(sorry got a little keyboard happy there).....

I really have to thank you for making such a great product for those of us trying to watch our calories or sugar intake. My family and I LOVE Moo Magic. It really is MAGIC!! This is a great product to help me get in my required milk servings a day without having to have just plain old milk. I give this to my kids too and they love it!! Thank you for giving us consumers another option to choose from in order to get our milk in. This makes it much much easier and much much tastier. We look forward to using Moo Magic for a long-time. Thanks!!! Cheryl

Good luck!!

Oh, by the way, last week I got a coupon from Batter Blaster (one of the companies that we e-mail a compliment to) for a FREE BATTER BLASTER!!! I also got some battery coupons from Energizer, one of companies that we e-mailed another compliment to. Yeah!

Okay, let me know of you guys have another other company suggestions or have had luck with.

Thank you!!
