Giveaway

Yay! ANOTHER giveaway.....

Small changes can make a big difference over time. That's why Yoplait Light has created the "Yoplait Light Swap" to remind people that by making simple substitutions, like swapping one item from your diet per day for a 100 or 110 calorie Yoplait Light, you can cut unwanted calories and help yourself feel great about daily diet choices. Through swapping tips for food, fitness, and fashion, the "Yoplait Light Swap" can help remind you how rewarding one simple change can be.

Yoplait Light yogurt offers 33 different options to choose from in fruit, pastry and dessert flavors that contain around 100 calories or less, providing endless swapping options.

So, once again, I was provided with an AWESOME prize-pack to give away to one of my FABULOUS readers by Yoplait through MyBlogSpark. They also provided me with all of this great info as well as a coupon! Thanks MyBlogSpark and Yoplait!

Anyway, how would you like to win this.....

Here's what it includes:

(1) VIP coupon for a free cup of Yoplait Light yogurt

Insulated tote bag

Water bottle

Sunglass holder

Hardcover planner

Ballpoint pen

Wanna know what you need to do to enter?

1)  JUST tell me which of the 33 available flavors of Yoplait Light yogurt do you plan to swap into your diet the most? Leave me you email address, so I can notify you if you win.
2)  Leave me a comment and tell me your e-mail address, so I can notify you if you win.

It's easy peasy. I will start this giveaway now and it will end next Tuesday 10/25/2011 and I will announce the winner in the am on Wednesday the 26th.

Thank you and lots of luck!
