For those of you that do not know what I am talking about and live in the Spokane area. Our newspaper puts out a "little" paper called The Pinch. It comes on Tuesdays with all of the food ads that are going to be in Wednesday's paper and, of course, the food section. Then, it also comes on Sunday with some extra fliers and some extra coupons too. I HAVE noticed though that you will not find Albertsons "Twice the Value" coupons in The Pinch or even "Smart Source" coupons, but it does come with most of the ads that you would find in the "regluar" Sunday's paper and with the RedPlum coupons!
Well, you can get information on how to get this delivered to your house FOR FREE over here. Here is some of the contact info that you will find on their page.

It also goes on to say......If you write or e-mail, please be sure to include the address at which you want delivery stopped, along with a way to reach you in order to assure we have met your wishes. If you are not now receiving your own copy of pinch but would like to, just let us know by calling, e-mailing or writing to us -- using the contact information above. If you subscribe to The Spokesman-Review and request pinch, your copy will be delivered with your Wednesday morning newspaper at no additional charge.
So, YES, even if you already subscribe to the paper you CAN get this too! :)
