Starbucks VIA Taste Promise=FREE Coffee (If you are not satisfied with their product)

Who here doesn't like FREE coffee?! I'm kiddin'. :) Anyway, right now, Starbucks has a really cool offer going on.  If you are NOT satisfied with Starbucks VIA 6, 7, 8, or 12-count, here's whatcha need to do (THIS INCLUDES 6, 7, 8, and 12-COUNTS ONLY).

-First, you need to purchase Starbucks VIA Ready Brew at your local grocery store (this does exclude 3, 10, 24, and 50-count packs).
-Then, you need to go on over here and print this sheet out and start filling it out. (Limit one and only one item per individual, household, or address).
Then, you send in your form  along with your original receipt and original UPC to....
