~Safeway will no longer accept more than 3 like coupons in a transaction regardless of value.
I, myself, have not confirmed this personally, but with the recent backlash of the episode of Extreme Couponing where one of the "extreme couponers" allegedly committed coupon fraud at Safeway, on the show, I think we are going to run into many many changes in the near future. Oh my.....Do you all know what I'm talking about?
Anyway, I just wanted to share this with you just in case you were out and about and going to do some shopping at Safeway. Maybe you might want to check with the manager before you do your shop. Rumor is, is that "the computer" actually refused the coupons after the third one. So, it sounds like it is already "in the system."
