Free Sample of Playtex Tampons

I love love love samples! Right now Walmart is offering up a FREE sample of Playtex Tampons. Just go on over here to get your sample. This is only while supplies last. Oh, you will do a little survey (2 or 3 multiple choice questions) to see which sample is right for you. Then, you need to actually click on the "Get a Free Sample," then it will take to you a separate page to input your info.... (I have circled it in red down below for you).

Thanks Sisters Shopping on a Shoestring!
