Recipe=Lasagna in Slow Cooker

This is really really tasty and very simple. It is one of our favorite recipes. Okay, here goes...

6 dry lasagna noodles (uncooked). I use whole wheat.
1 pound of the leanest hamburger you can find (brown and drain)
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
28 ounce jar of spaghetti sauce (I use Hunt's in the can)
1/4 cupof water
16 ounce tub of fat-free cottage cheese
2 cups of shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
Break the noodles in half. Place half the noodles in bottome of greased 4-quart slow cooker. Sir Italian seasoning into ground beef. Spread half of the ground beef over the noodles. Layer half of the sause and half of the water over beef. Layer half hte cottage cheese over sauce. Layer half the mozzarella cheese over the cottage cheese. Then, you repeat the layers.

Cover and cook on low heat for four to five hours. Do not cook more than five hours or you might have some realy soggy lasagna noodles.

** Once again, this is not my own recipe. I found this one a few years ago on the WW message boards. Much thanks to the person who shared the recipe, as my family and I really enjoy it. I figured this out on weightwatchers.com using the recipe builder at 6 points for a total of 6 servings.
