Rite Aid Run

What a day......I had planned on going to three different stores today, but was only able make it to Rite Aid. Long story....I kept my daughter, Faith, home today 'cause I was thinking she was fighting some kind of UTI or something. So, I made her an appointment to go see her doctor, plus she had some sort of swelling on her gums. Well, after going to the doctor and making an unplanned trip to the dentist (just stopping by to see if we could make her an appointment to get her looked at). She came home with a bladder infection and one less tooth. They pulled her tooth! :( I must say she sure is one heck of a trooper. I took it harder than she did. There's nothing like trying to keep it together for her and then turning my back to cry. I know I have said this before, but I REALLY REALLY REALLY DO DISLIKE TAKING THEM TO THE DENTIST MORE than they dislike going. :( I must say that kids are ahhhMAZING!!! ☺

Anyway, we just headed out to Rite Aid after that as we REALLY needed some milk. Here's what we did.....

**I did want to tell you that she did have to push my Nabisco coupon through. It kept beeping at her, but she went ahead and pushed it through. There is no size restriction on the coupon.

Oh, and by the way they have their single Nature Valley Granola bars on clearance for $0.39. You can use $0.50/2 from the 5/1 SS or the $0.75/2 from the 3/27 SS. Right? Making for some cheap bars.....

Albertsons Transaction Limits???

Hey, I just wanted to give you all a quick heads up from reader, Laura's, experience today at Albies regarding her doublers. Here's what she had to say.....

Just went to Albertsons on Grand and 37th (south hill Spokane). As I was preparing to break up my order to use my doublers (3 per transaction), the checker told me I no longer needed to do that! ALSo.. I only handed her 9 doublers and she just started doubling for EVERY coupon I had as long as it wasn't over $1.00 - in other words, granting me MORE than the 9 doublers i had..... I asked her if that was the policy and she said yes.... I am skeptical. I still made a haul for this trip 62% savings. Not bad...


Niice!! Any of you had this experience?
