Recipe=Rose's Anabolic High Protein Bar

Here is a protein bar recipe that sounds real yummy!

I've got an Anabolic High Protein Meal Replacement Bar recipe for you! This is sooooooo... Yummy

Ingredients:

*8 Scoops Chocolate Protien Powder (You could use Vanilla if you want though)
*1 cup Oatmeal
*1/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter
*3tbsp Honey
*1/2 cup 1% (or Skim) Milk
*3tbsp crushed Peanuts (I chop dry roasted Soy Nuts)

Directions:
1. Mix together the protien powder, oatmeal, peanut butter, honey, and milk.
2. Form into 10 bars and then roll in the crushed nuts to finish.
3. Place in the fridge for around 30 minutes
4. ENJOY!!

These are a hardy, healthy meal replacment for when your on the go!

*Calories: 226
*Protien: 25g
*Carbohydrates: 18g
*Fat: 6g

Here is a yummy recipe. This one is from Monica over at Fabulessly Frugal.....

PINEAPPLE PEPPER CHICKEN
FOR ONE FAMILY
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup ketchup
3 Tbls soy sauce
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
4 chicken breasts
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 medium green pepper, julienned (optional)

Wow, okay, so this sounds really really good. I can't wait to give this a try!

Today,

I am going to be in and out. My husband and I are off of work today (YAY!!!) and are going to spend some time with our kiddos, maybe take them to the park and have a picnic and whatever else we fancy. :) Not sure yet, but we will find something fun to do.
