Target

Yep, I was at it again this morning.:) I took us to Target AGAIN. They had some of that Shout in FINALLY. I was very very happy. So, I bought 4 of them. They still had some left by the time I was leaving. If any of you had that Infusium coupon too for $3/1, they finally had some of that in too. I bought one. Oh, they are priced at $2.98 or something like that. They ARE under $3. I did manage to take a look at their prices on the Pampers wipes and they are priced at $2.39. So, if you use your coupon from this last weekend's P&G for $2/1, that  makes the wipes only $0.39. Remember Walmart is $1.97, but they were running pretty low yesterday, while I was there.

I did manage to check the price on their Olay Effects Body Wash and the cheapest I found was $5.50. If you use your $4/1 from this last weekend's P&G insert, that makes them still $1.50. In my opinion, I would wait and see if you could find it cheaper elsewhere. This was their regular price OR maybe just wait until Target has a price-cut on them (hopefully, before they expire).

They still managed to have quite a few Littlest Pet Shop Toys on clearance for $1.97. Use this B1G1 Free Littlest Pet Shop Coupon, making them $0.99 each. That is a pretty sweat deal.

Thank you!

Recipe=Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce

I'm sure many of you have tried this, but I just wanted to share it just in case there is someone out there that might be interested in something like this. Just a little FYI, I have NOT tried this recipe yet, but I am going to give a try this week sometime.

Anyway, here goes.....

Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce

1/4 cup of Splenda (you may need to add a touch more)
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of rhubarb (diced)
2 cups of straberries (diced)
1 Tbls lemon juice

That is it! Combine the Splenda and water in a small pan. Bring it all to a boil and then boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Stir in the rhubarb and simmer for 3 or so minutes. Stir in the straberries and simmer for a minute longer. Remove from heat and then stir in lemon juice.

This makes three servings and is 0 POINTS!!! YES, IT'S FREE!!!!! :) I am going to try mine over a toasted sandwich thin for 1 point OR maybe even over a half of a sandwich thin for 0.5 point.

Thanks!

Cheryl

P.S. If you try this out, please share your opinion. I would love to hear it. Anybody need rubarb?
