Check out what I came across this morning. There is a new Video Value out there for THE RITE AID COUPON BOOK! Yes, it is that same coupon book that they are giving out with the flu shot. Well, now you can go watch a short video and print out the coupon for the book, take it to your pharmacist, and you will receive "the" coupon book that has $100 in Rite Aid Coupons. These ARE Rite Aid coupons sooooooo you WILL be able to stack these coupons with manufacturer coupons! Yay!

Have you requested yours yet? Every quarter P&G has a sample pack full of samples AND coupons and you are allowed to request it one time every quarter. If you have not signed up yet to do so, it is a great program. They DO send high value coupons in the mail. If you have not requested the newest sample pack, it is available. No coupons in the paper this weekend?

At least that is what I am hearing, but the last time I jumped on that bandwagon I was wrong. So, just a heads up that there will probably not be any inserts this weekend as it is a holiday weekend. Usually, on holiday weekends there are no inserts.

So, take time and enjoy your families on this nice, longer holiday weekend. I know I will.

Be on the lookout......The next time you’re in Safeway, stop by the Starbucks counter and ask for the new Starbucks coupon booklet. I'm not sure if they are available in the stand-alone stores. It has a handful of great manufacturer’s coupons that can be redeemed at any grocery or drug store.

Special Savings TODAY From Cellfire for Kroger or to a Kroger-Owned Subsidiary (Fred Meyer)

I am sooooo excited about this.....I was just given word yesterday, from Cellfire, of a "special Cinderella" coupon that they are going to load TODAY (Friday) at 3PM Pacific. They are going to provide a coupon to logged-in Cellfire members to save off of their next visit to Kroger or to a Kroger-owned subsidiary store (Fred Meyer). But, guess what?! We have no clue of how much or what exactly. I'M EXCITED! This sounds really cool.

So, make sure that you have your card uploaded and registered so you can take part in the "surprise."

So, again, it is going to happen TODAY (Friday) at 3 PM tomorrow. You will need to click on this link or this one at http://www.cellfire.com/cinderella in order to get your "special surprise." Remember to be on the lookout, but there is only a limited amount of these coupons and more than likely they will not be visible before 3 PM, and I'm pretty sure that they will run out pretty quick. So, remember to come back here so I can let you know when its time.

If you don't have your card registered quite yet, just go on over here to get started. Select a coupon, then go up to the little green button at the top that says "Get Selected Coupons." Then, you will have the option of registering your card. Just follow the directions and you will be on your way to having your card registered so you can get some great deals and be able to try to get in on the "Cinderella" coupon! :)

I was just checking the paper out this morning and wanted to share with you, just in case you were in a hurry and ready to throw your paper out before checking it all out (as I often do).

There is a manufacturer's coupon on the back of the "Food" section for $1/1 Best Foods Mayonnaise (16.5 oz. or larger). It expires 8/2/10.

Also, I was checking out the "Relish" insert today too and there is a coupon in there for saving up to $20 on "a qualifying prescription" for Singulair. Now, I personally love this medication for my asthma/allergies and it works really well, but I NEVER get my prescription filled because it is WAY EXPENSIVE. In looking at the fine print, this is that I have learned.....
