Did you know?

That you can use competitor coupons at Home Depot, like "the" Habor Freight coupon? You know usually in the weekend ads Harbor Freight has a coupon for 20% off of one item? Well, you CAN use those at Home Depot! I (my husband) tried this weekend and it worked! Now, the coupon says one coupon per person.

So, I had to send him to get the rest of the paint so I could finish up the front room. I sent him to get the "other" color I was going to use and then just a quart of white paint to finish up the floor boards. Well, instead of only coming off of one item IT CAME OFF OF BOTH! Yay! I don't know if that was a fluke or what, but we'll take it.

Anyway, I just wanted to share just in case you were not aware. This is another good way to save some money.

All you have to do is just take in your old Christmas lights (they can be used and broken) anytime, from now through November 14th, and you will get a $3 coupon towards energy efficient LED Christmas Lights! You can do this with up to 5 sets of old Christmas Lights, which will get you a total of $15 off 5 sets of new lights!
Also, the energy efficient LED Christmas lights will be priced at just $5.97 during the promotional period, so just $2.97 after the $3 coupon!
